In order to install this game on your ChromeOS whether that be on a Chromebook or whatever else, you can do that following our instructions right below.

1. Choose where you want to download the game from:
   • Download it from Google Play Store
2. Once you are done downloading it, after downloading Terraria, launch it from the Launcher (app drawer) or the shelf (taskbar). Click the Terraria icon to start playing.

First of all, let me just say I am NOT the biggest fan of 2D games regardless of how good the game might be, this is just me so you will have to forgive me for my bias. With that said, it took me quiet a while to write about this game simply because I couldn’t get myself to install on my Chromebook but I am now sort of glad I did, the game is very entertaining and it does draw you in whether you like it or not. The controls are smooth and responsive and I have to admit, I was surprised at how much I was enjoying this game, especially considering my initial bias against 2D games. The art style is simple but charming and it gets the job done for the type of game Terraria is.

The music is catchy and upbeat, makes you feel like you are playing a retro version of Minecraft and at the same time the game is also surprisingly challenging, and I found myself dying quite a bit at first but I was too curious to see how the next level would look like so I kept on playing. I mean check out the photo of this crazy looking level below, whatever that angel, demon or thing is, I want to see what it can do!

So the game is fun or addicting, depending which mood you are in lol, and it lets you navigate through tricky obstacles and traps while the game’s levels are full of traps and random enemies that will try to slow you down or simply kill you. You’ll need to be quick on your feet and think strategically to make it through each level unscathed. You’ll need to use your weapons and skills wisely to defeat them while still trying to solve puzzles and figuring out secrets as the game progresses, it’s quiet something else, I see why the game has remained popular all these years.

As I mentioned earlier, the game is expanding and despite it being released originally in 2011, it is still regularly updated by the Italian developers 505 Games Srl so you will always find something new.
